The main motivation for this raid appears to be tax avoidance. Artemis classified the working girls as self-employed but the tax authorities allege they were in fact disguised employees because the club specified work hours, price rates and services to be provided. If so, Artemis could be liable for many years worth of social security and tax payments.
In general, tax law requires that to be classified as self-employed, only the result of the services provided can be specified and not the methods used to accomplish it. This could have major implications for the FKK business model in general as pretty much all clubs use the same setup as Artemis.
Stay away from Artemis.

DeleteI am told that Artemis, even before the raid, was going downhill because of bad things going on there. Drug-dealing, rude people, bad service. That is what people tell me. Stay away from Artemis.
